    Conclusion of an urban development expert process with integrated involvement of the public for a new residential district: In Düsseldorf Unterbach HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung plans more than 300 residential units on a lot of 52,000 m² which served until the end of 2010 as the regional administration and dispatch warehouse of the REWE supermarket group. As part of the urban development expert process with involvement of interested members of the public, an architectural competition was held to choose the best design.

    Start of construction on the “Tivoli” ensemble (12,100 m² GFA) as part of the Tucherpark between the Isar and the Eisbach in Munich, to replace a bank building erected in 1973 which cannot be put to further use: the lot is designated as a protected site both in terms of landscape and building ensemble conservation. The arrangement and design of the “Tivoli Office” office building and the “Tivoli Garden” terraced residential building with 30 apartments reflect the existing and protected design elements of the Tucherpark architecture.
