"People in need of care retain their right to dignity" – that is the principle that guides our search for concepts
which enable the elderly and others who require care or nursing to preserve their independence. Sheltered accommodation,
"in-residence care" or homes which are more like hotels than anything else – with our senior housing we meet the
individual requirements of people in need of care. For this, we first ascertain the demand for such care places within a
municipality and then develop an appropriate concept with a suitable operator.
We favor establishments based on the house community model. With our partner, care services provider BeneVit, we realize
senior housing which are integrated into existing residential areas in the municipalities concerned and operated in line
with the BeneVit house community concept. The facilities, similar in form to ordinary houses, are divided up into
self-contained apartments, each with its own kitchen. Each apartment is occupied by up to 14 people who
continue to run their own lives with the support of trained staff. High-quality out-patient nursing, to whatever extent is
required, is organized in-house and aligned to the natural daily routine of the occupants. A familiar infrastructure and the
ability to keep to their established habits, combined with plenty of space in rooms which the occupants can furnish themselves,
all help those who live there to maintain their independence and a sense of responsibility for their own lives. This applies
even to the most serious of nursing cases.
