investors and the interests of the users from planning through to operation.
The projects are sold to final investors at the earliest possible stage and
are not marketed as part of HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung's own portfolio.
This is made possible by the high value and user friendliness of our
projects. Both is based on close cooperation with investors and users whom
we involve early on in the planning process.
